A real estate tokenisation platform: each building is split into €50 shares recorded on the blockchain and secured by a security trust, and rent is paid every month, in euros or in crypto. Kernel Lab has led its technical direction since July 2022.
An animated showcase website: the bowl comes together as you scroll, following the real journey at the counter, with the full menu and its prices, a page for each shop and careful local SEO. Orders go through Instagram or Messenger, for collection and payment in store.
