A program that relies on an artificial intelligence model to carry out a task from start to finish: it reads a request, consults your data, acts in your software (CRM, calendar, email) and reports back to you. A simple assistant answers, an agent acts, within the limits you set.
Yes. It picks up at any hour with a natural voice, understands the request, answers common questions and books appointments in your calendar. When the request calls for it, it transfers the call to the right person, and you receive a summary of every call.
No. We start from the tools you already use and connect to them, through their APIs or through n8n and Make automations. A bespoke application is only worthwhile when your software is no longer enough.
On servers in France, or in Switzerland on request. Automations can run on a private n8n instance, and the AI model is chosen according to how confidential each task is, up to an open model hosted on your own servers. The framework is the GDPR in France and the nFADP in Switzerland.
It depends on the project. An automation or a first agent is often in place within a few weeks. A complete application takes longer. The schedule is agreed with you from the proposal onwards.
Each project is priced after an initial conversation, according to its scope. For artificial intelligence, the running cost of the models is estimated from the outset, then closely tracked.
Yes, anywhere in France and throughout Switzerland. Our studio is in Annecy: we work remotely day to day and meet in person when the project calls for it.
